I had a decent experience ; the room wassuper clean and cozy, offering good value for the price. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the staff at check-in were friendly and cute.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The setting was particularly good, so close to Chennai for visa as well as the shopping center. Plus, I could reach Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

it has comfortable and magnificent location close to the centre of chennai as well as marina beach. the rooms are tidy and compact with balcony.

My recent stay at Fabexpress B Zone was disappointing. Although the location was excellent, close to landmarks like Valluvar Kottam and Mahalingapuram Sree Ayyappa Temple, the service was unsatisfactory. Rude staff, dirty bed sheets, and a lack of professionalism overshadowed any positives. Relaxation was hard to find in such cramped quarters without proper amenities. I cannot recommend this hotel for a stress-free experience.

The location was good and magnificent, to the US Embassy, in the fairly nice area. The entire staff was amicable. The breakfast was excellent and we had a good stay overall.

I had a pretty decent stay! The location was super convenient, right near the US Consulate, making my city trip so much smoother. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to start my day off right!

I did face a frustrating situation with the check-in process, as it felt a bit disorganized and the front-line staff could’ve been a tad more helpful. The room was smaller than expected, so it felt a bit cramped for two. It was a mixed bag but not the worst experience!
